Two
ONBOARDING
There is a 50% payment due to begin.
Both parties sign a secure, legally binding (and convenient) digital contract. Everything is spelled out clearly and in plain English. No advanced legalese or law degree required.
GET PEACE OF MIND BY MONITORING YOUR PROJECT
We’ll set up a Slack channel so you can stay in touch with us every step of the way. We’re not playing hide and go seek like some agencies. We’re here when you need us.
Not enough? We also use Trello board like this so you can see where we are in the process and rest easy knowing we’re on schedule. As each step is completed, we check the task off the list.

DISCOVERY
We’re not your average code monkeys. We’re valuable partners for your business. What are your main goals for your new site? Are you trying to get away from tired and ugly design? Want to eliminate downtime maintenance, and updates? Site going slow? Low conversion rates costing you sales?
Our questionnaire clarifies what you need, what to do, who you do it for, your mission, and of course… your design style which will be used on your new style guide page.
Four
Content Development
This part is where we need you the most! You can provide a word or google doc with the text for your new site. (Need help writing? Hire one of our writing partners here.)
Our user experience experts will help you plan pages and ideal user flows with a sitemap tailored to meet your business goals.
Five
DESIGN!
Before we even put pen to paper, we put together several image collections that will hone in on your design direction.
Once you’ve chosen a direction, we’ll create and curate some imagery specifically for you. Logo, illustration, photos, fonts, and colors. All the ingredients for good web design!
We don’t do endless wireframes or mockups like many designers and instead start creating online, right where your new site will live!
Six
DEVELOP
We get started by setting up WordPress and Elementor on a temporary domain like this where you can view all the live progress. This ensures there’s no downtime on your current website while we are creating the new one.
Next, we deign the main attraction… the home page! Most feedback and revisions happen at this stage.
Next, we design and develop the rest of the pages including the blog and any product pages.
If you have any blog posts on another website, we’ll move those over into your newly designed blog at no additional cost.
SEARCH ENGINE BEST PRACTICES
Ever share a link on social media and get surprised by the random image and text that appears in the preview? We’ll make sure every page we create has the proper description and featured image.
We’ll check each page is optimized for your relevant keywords to make sure search engines know what your page is about and what to rank it for. It’s just good practice.
Seven
LAUNCH
The moment you’ve been waiting for! Your new site is already set up and just waiting to take off!
We test everything to verify all contact forms, integrations, and email addresses are working correctly.
Then, we double check your site loads quickly to increase conversions.
After the final 50% payment is made, we point the real domain name to your new site and.. BAM! Your new site is live!

Eight
TRAINING
You’ll love how easy it is to use your new Elementor website! Shortly after launch, we’ll send you a training video showing you exactly how to edit the text and images of each page, make new blog posts, add new products, and even add new pages using the existing pages as templates! It’s WordPress as it was meant to be… fun and easy!
Nine
MANAGED HOSTING
Each new site we create comes with three months of free managed hosting.
You’re billed $50/mo afterwards and you can say goodbye to worrying about WordPress updates, downtime, and broken sites. Plus, there are no pageview / traffic limits.
Your site is backed up once a day and backups are kept on file for 30 days.
